Empowered Lending
You will need to work through 5 steps, in order to start a bridging loan application with Empowered Lending.
This process typically takes around 30 minutes.
Packaging everything up effectively on the front end, will save time on the back end, as it will allow the fund raising process to run more smoothly.
If you haven’t already done so, you will need to create a Stacked account.
You can do this by visiting https://www.stacked.group/

This short video explains how to do this.
The team at Empowered Lending will be notified, as soon as you submit your bridging loan application.
They will then review your application.
If any changes or additional information is required, they will contact you via the dedicated workflow, which is associated with your application.
You will be notified via email whenever you receive a new message, so you can review and respond to it.
This short video explains how to use workflows on Stacked.
Once everything is in order, your investment opportunity will be shared out to the Empowered group of investors, so they can review and pledge funds.
It typically takes 14 days for investors to review and respond to opportunities.
Whilst, in some cases, this can happen sooner, there are no guarantees that the full amount will be pledged, as everything is at the discretion of the individual investors.
Creating a strong investor pack with an engaging video to explain your project, will help your chances of successfully raising the funds you require.
