1. Create a Stacked account

If you haven’t already done so, you will need to create a Stacked account.

4. Create an investment opportunity

Now that you have added the property and stacked the deal, it is time to package everything up into an investment opportunity, which can be reviewed by prospective investors in due course.

Choose an investment type from the list below.

Once you have created the investment opportunity, you should review and customise the investor pack, which is automatically generated for you. This short video explains how to do this.

5. Submit the bridging loan application

That’s the hard part sorted.

All that’s left to do now, is to submit the bridging loan application to Empowered Lending and attach the investment opportunity.

This short video explains how to do this.

Next steps

The team at Empowered Lending will be notified, as soon as you submit your bridging loan application.

They will then review your application.

If any changes or additional information is required, they will contact you via the dedicated workflow, which is associated with your application.

You will be notified via email whenever you receive a new message, so you can review and respond to it.

This short video explains how to use workflows on Stacked.

Once everything is in order, your investment opportunity will be shared out to the Empowered group of investors, so they can review and pledge funds.

It typically takes 14 days for investors to review and respond to opportunities.

Whilst, in some cases, this can happen sooner, there are no guarantees that the full amount will be pledged, as everything is at the discretion of the individual investors.

Creating a strong investor pack with an engaging video to explain your project, will help your chances of successfully raising the funds you require.
